“Preparing to list our 4-Family replica Victorian investment property For Sale, I interviewed 4 highly-rated contractors. I went with Goias Home Improvement for a few reasons. From the moment the company’s owner Gil arrived to review the job with me, I could see I was dealing with someone who pays attention to detail and actually cares to understand his client’s goals. He was obviously knowledgable and made several useful suggestions, all of which took my project budget into consideration. The job entailed several miscellaneous interior and exterior repairs, including replicating some existing ornamental woodwork which his carpenters did an impressive job fabricating onsite prior to installing. His painters did an excellent job on some rather detailed woodwork which required skillful hands. Additionally, there was quite a bit of tile work, which was done meticulously. All in all, Gil and his team did a quality job within the promised time-frame, and he actually did it for a price I considered very reasonable. What else could I say? I highly recommend this company”

“We met with a few different contractors before making a decision to use Goias Home Improvement. He came to our home a couple times and made us feel comfortable and confident in him and his crew, and his price was very good as well. For our kitchen, we needed to move a door, move a window, and open up a wall. Gil was at the house often to oversee work, and even participate in demo. He was very on top of scheduling inspections and different workers to come. There was never a time we were just waiting when something could be done, which did happen to us often on a past renovation (when we added rooms to our home). Gil talked to us often to make sure we were happy with the work going on. Marcos and everyone that came to our house was wonderful, even with our two little kids. At one point during construction, even though there was plastic up to prevent this, so much dust traveled into our family room and dining room. Gil went above and beyond by sending a cleaning crew over! We were so grateful and impressed by this. Ultimately everything came out exactly as we wanted. It’s all perfect! There was only one mistake that occurred during the process, when a couple of the wrong pieces of tile were installed into the backsplash, and the tile installer was back the next day to fix it and now it is perfect. Overall we are so happy we chose Goias Home Improvement and highly recommend them. We are happy to answer any questions as well! We plan to use them again on a future project.
